Awesome cabins close to Monticello off the 191. Cabin was a metal structure, but felt cozy. Even though room temperature was cold at night, blankets kept me comfortable and I slept really well. Community bathrooms were super clean. The whole place seems well maintained and that the managers care about the guest experience.
Fun place to stay. Great amenities. The higher altitude means it's cooler in the summer than most of the surrounding areas

For the winter, late fall time, the rooms are so so cold in the morning because they have 0 insulation. But the bathrooms are excellent, really, and already have shampoo conditioner and body soap and are heated. The beds are pretty good and have comfortable bedding and decent blankets, but I would bring extras and dress warm just in case
Cabins were awesome. We were here for a family reunion and we had five families fit comfortably. Downside was the pavilion was farther away from some than others.
